Gianni is a fourth generation pizza chef whose grandfather started making pizza from a cart on the streets of Napoli.

Landing in Australia in 2004, he became part of the team who opened the renowned Pizza e Birra on Crown Street,
Surry Hills before being approached to head up the kitchen at rock’n’ roll pizza bar Frankies Pizza by the slice.

Now comes his most exciting venture yet, right in the heart of Surry Hills’ freshest dining district.
